he8:  Essex taught them well. They play the right music, pour the right Scotch, and kill it in the kitchen. Adam would have never given up one of these ribs.

she8: Somethings you can get away with faking… but  character,  a scene, or food like this is not one of them! Only in the Lower East Side baby!

we8: Lobster Pot Pie, Truffle Mac & Cheese, Truffle Mushroom Pizza, Grilled Salmon, 12 hour marinated Braised Short Ribs, and Skirt Steak.
