La Crema Tapas & Chocolate – Rosemary Beach

he8: Oooohhhh… A TAPAS place. We will have to get the wine flowing to fix that misunderstanding!

she8: La Crema is the cream of the crop! I was wondering why he was so excited to try it!

we8:  Serrano Wrapped Figs (Two figs marinated in white wine spread with honey goat cheese then wrapped with thin Serrano ham), Honey Goat Cheese Stuffed Piquillos (Two Sweet piquillo peppers stuffed with smooth honey goat cheese), Lobster stuffed mushroom caps (Warm Crimini mushroom caps stuffed with sautéed lobster), Steak Empanadas (Two crispy empanada puff pastries filled with steak cream cheese and green apples), Lamb Lollipops with Rosemary (Tender grilled rack of lamb drizzled with Spanish red wine reduction served with crispy paprika potatoes), Crispy Spanish Eggplant (Crispy Eggplant bites with sea salt and molasses. Tastes like French toast), and the Hot Chocolate Molten Cake (A mug of molten fudge cake that’s crisp on top with hot lava chocolate below. (13 minute cook time) The LaCrema best seller).

she8:  An interesting experience, but I’m a traditional type of girl.

we8: The banana split with chocolate and peanut butter gelato, whipped creme brulee, and dry meringue.

she8: Stands up to its name… An elegant and tasteful experience.

we8: Shrimp and Sweet Potato Beignets 
(Celery root slaw, roasted jalapeno remoulade, cane syrup vinaigrette), Tuna Carpaccio 
(Paper thin sushi grade tuna, chopped capers, lemon zest and extra virgin olive oil, served with crispy flatbread), 
Bosc Pear and Mixed Greens 
Balsamic vinaigrette, port wine marinated cherries, candied pecans and gorgonzola cheese, Butternut Squash soup & Kona Kampachi over black beans and eggplant.
